Payment
You will receive an invoice to your email with payment details + course information. This invoice has a due date, if you don’t pay the invoice by due date a 5% penalty will be added. You can also pay this amount with cash if agreed on.

Refund policy
There are no refunds of any portion of the enrollment fee once payment is made. If a participant cancels participation in the workshop, part of the tuition portion of the enrollment fee will be issued as a Veera K. workshop voucher and may be applied to a future Workshop according to the following schedule of cancellation fees:
Cancellation Fees (days prior to beginning of Workshop):
Up to 30 days: 100%
29-0 days: No refund/voucher available.
No other portion of the enrollment fee will be credited. No credit of any fees will be made after the workshop begins. Workshop vouchers expire after 6 months from the first day of the workshop.

Cancellation Policy
Veera K. workshops is run by the illustrator & artist Veera Komulainen. In case the workshop has to be cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance, Veera Hannele Komulainen MA reimburse the participant the enrollment fee.

Limitation Of Liability
I acknowledge and agree that Veera Hannele Komulainen, MA acts only as an art service offerer, and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any insurance, hotel service (if traveller) or for any other person engaged in carrying out the connected services or insurances. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the participants such alternatives may be made without liability to Veera Hannele Komulainen, MA.

Further, Veera Hannele Komulainen, MA accepts no responsibility for the loss of personal articles and effects, nor for personal accidents, injury or death, nor for losses or additional expense due to delays or damages in transportation or other services, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, or warlike conditions, weather or any other causes or for any of the above arising due to participant’s participation in the workshop.

Veera Hannele Komulainen, MA shall under no circumstances, be liable to any participant for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if it has been apprised of the likelihood of such damages occurring.
